How do I receive my digital patterns after purchase?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your purchased patterns anytime through your account dashboard under the 'Downloads' section.
What sizes are included in your patterns?
Most Rosys Patterns include a comprehensive range of sizes, typically from XS to XXL. Each pattern description includes a specific size chart to help you determine the best fit for your project.
Can I sell garments made from Rosys Patterns?
Yes, you are welcome to sell finished garments made from our patterns on a small-scale, artisanal basis. However, mass production or the redistribution of the digital pattern files themselves is strictly prohibited.
Do you offer physical paper patterns?
Currently, we specialize in digital PDF patterns to ensure instant delivery and to reduce our environmental footprint. Our patterns are designed to be easily printed at home on A4 or US Letter paper.
What is your return policy for digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a pattern has been downloaded. However, if you encounter any technical issues or find an error in the pattern, please contact us and we will make it right.
Are your patterns suitable for beginners?
We offer patterns for all skill levels. Each product page is marked with a difficulty rating, and all patterns come with detailed, step-by-step instructions and illustrated diagrams to guide you through the process.
